Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 8–12 business days

• Canada, United Kingdom, Australia: 8–12 business days

• Rest of World: 8-12 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs, postal service issues, or high demand periods.

Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Sashinco is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, import duties, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damages
Sashinco is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping if shipping protection is not added at checkout. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist you as best we can.
