Order Processing

We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Where Do We Ship?

We ship worldwide to most countries. However, shipping times may be longer for remote areas.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive multiple email notifications:

1. Order Confirmation – Sent immediately after your payment is processed.
2. Shipping Notification – Includes your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
3. Out for Delivery – A notification when your order is close to arriving.
4. Delivery Confirmation – Sent when your order has been successfully delivered.

You can track your package using the tracking number provided in your email.


Changing or Cancelling an Order

Since we process orders quickly, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, orders cannot be modified but may be returned under our 30-day money-back guarantee after delivery.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, you may request a full refund by contacting us at info@sashinco.com.

Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, Sashinco is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. However, if you experience an issue, we will do our best to assist you.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

The prices on our website are displayed tax-free in US dollars. Depending on your country’s regulations, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply once your package arrives. These charges are not covered by Sashinco and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for customs delays. If you need more information, please contact your local customs office.

We work with reliable shipping carriers such as FedEx, USPS, and UPS. Your order will be shipped using the best available carrier for your location.
